Weyermann German Pale Wheat malt - 1 lb (milled). Crucial for traditional Bavarian Hefeweizen. Use up to 80% for wheat beers, or in smaller proprtions to add body and head retention to Kolsch, altbier, and other ales.

Each pack contains 1 lb (454g) of milled malt.
