HK Brewcraft – Store Manager (Full Time) 

Title 

Store Manager

Job Responsibility

- Manage overall store operations including the POS system, bottle shop, home brewing supplies retail, online store and workshops.

- Manage store and warehouse inventory levels according to Company’s specifications.

- Prepare forecasts and procure all raw materials for homebrew kits and all merchandise that is to be sold at the store.

- Manage full-time and part-time staff roster and file all HR related documents in the designated folders.

- Train, set-goals and perform performance appraisals for store staff.

- Coordinate with marketing personnel to ensure that online and offline marketing strategies are executed according to plan.

- Create monthly sales reports and track store sales performance.

- Execute business strategy and drive team to meet revenue targets set by Company.

- File all accounting related documents and handover to accountants on a timely basis.

- Other tasks as assigned by the Company’s directors.

HK Brewcraft – Beer Specialist (Full Time) 

Job Details

Brew Crew – Beer Specialist 


Job Responsibility

- Drink a lot of beers and perform comprehensive studies on all beers in store. 

- Provide professional advice on beer selection and excellent services to customers. 

- Assist Store Manager in curating the beer selection for the bottle shop. 

- Assist with product display and stock take.

- Operate and manage the cashier and POS system. 

- Provide homebrewing advice to beginner homebrewers and help put together beer recipes. 

- Prepare homebrewing equipment kits. 

- Assist with warehouse management and stock take. 

- Assist Store Manager with off-site marketing events.

- Assist in homebrewing, beer pairing, mead, and Beer Judge Certification Program (BJCP) workshops.

- Process online store orders. 

- Assist with any other daily store operations.

Work Location and Hours 

4/F 15 Cochrane Street, Central, Hong Kong 香港中環閣麟街15號4樓

- Full-Time Staff Position – 5 days a week with a minimum of 45 hours during the shop operation hours (11:30 to 20:30)
