Brick and pomegranate red, bright and clear, with fine and persistent bubbles.
Spicy notes of vermouth and bitter hit the nose, accompanied by the hoppy notes of the Baladin 4.8 beer.
The taste is initially bitter, with notes of gentian and mugwort, followed by pleasant citrus hints of bitter orange and myrtle-leaf orange, warm spices, mace and Alpine herbs. The bitter taste of hops - long and persistent - comes back in the finish.
