We know good beers put a smile on a beer lover’s face, that’s why our Brew Crew has been working hard to bring in great beers from all over the world for you!

Our first project is a declaration of our love for Farmhouse Beers - introducing Oxbow Brewing Company, a true-hearted American Farmhouse Brewery from Maine, USA. To show the diversity of Oxbow’s beer, we will be doing 3 Tap Takeovers (29 Jan, 5 Feb, 12 Feb) across 3 taprooms Second Draft, Blue Supreme and Moonkok - K11 Art Mall with the theme of FLORA, FUNK & FRUIT:

From the well water to the wild yeast, to the homegrown flowers and honey, these terroir driven beers feature estate produced floral ingredients - a truthful glimpse to the essence of a farmhouse brewery.

Crossfade is a hop-forward saison fermented and aged with brettanomyces in stainless tanks.


Wilde Moon

Style: Blended Farmhouse Ale with Elderflower and Honey
Production Method: Barrel-aged / Blended / Mixed-fermentation / Spontaneous
Color: Blonde
ABV: 5.5%

Wilde Moon is a blend of spontaneously-fermented farmhouse ale and stainless-aged petite saison with elderflower, conditioned with Oxbow estate honey.


Catalyst

Style: Barrel-Aged Farmhouse Ale with Honey
Production Method: Barrel-aged / Mixed-fermentation
Color: Gold
ABV: 6.5%

Catalyst is a barrel-aged Bière de Miel featuring Maine honey. A copious amount of raw wildflower honey is added in the kettle and additionally utilized for bottle-conditioning.


Liquid Swords 2020

Style: Barrel-Aged Farmhouse Ale
Production Method: Mixed-fermentation / Smoked
Color: Golden
ABV: 7%

Liquid Swords is Oxbow's annual Grand Cru. The 2020 cuvée incorporates mixed-fermentation biére de miel and smoked biére de garde.


🌲 FUNK・BLUE SUPREME・5 FEB 🪵
Dive into the funky side of Oxbow’s beer - the “funkiness” comes from the terroir as well as the unpredictable nature of barrel aging - whether it’s a stainless or barrel aged farmhouse ale, Oxbow sticks to their rural roots.

Sasuga is a farmhouse ale brewed with rice and aged in stainless steel tanks with brettanomyces.


Wild Rivulet
Collaboration with Allagash Brewing Company

Style: European-Hopped Grisette
Production Method: Barrel-aged / Mixed-fermentation
Color: Gold
ABV: 6%

Wild Rivulet is a mixed-fermentation grisette aged in oak barrels. Produced in collaboration with Allagash Brewing Company of Portland, Maine.



Phosphorescence

Style: Barrel-Aged Farmhouse Ale
Production Method: Barrel-aged / Mixed-fermentation
Color: Blonde
ABV: 6.5%

Phosphorescence is a saison brewed with oats, rye, and wheat fermented and aged in oak barrels with mixed cultures.



Arboreal

Style: Barrel-Aged Farmhouse Ale
Production Method: Barrel-aged / Barrel-fermented / Mixed-fermentation
Color: Amber
ABV: 8.5%

Arboreal is an amber-hued American sour ale, fermented and aged in second-use bourbon barrels.


🍇 FRUIT・MOONKOK K11・12 FEB 🫐
Oxbow’s spontaneously fermented beers meet up with the fruits grown in or right next to Oxbow’s very own orchard.

Montage is a blend of stainless-aged and barrel-aged mixed fermentation farmhouse ales with raspberries, oranges, and grape juice.


Midnight Blue

Style: Blended Farmhouse Ale with Blueberries

ABV: 6%

Midnight Blue is a blend of dark farmhouse ale and barrel-aged farmhouse ale with Maine-grown lowbush blueberries


Magenta

Style: Stainless-Aged Farmhouse Ale with Grape Juice
Production Method: Fruited / Mixed-fermentation / Stainless-aged
Color: Red
ABV: 7.5%

Magenta is a mixed-fermentation farmhouse ale refermented with Concord grape juice.


Old Pal

Style: Blended Farmhouse Ale with Rye, Fruit & Spices
Production Method: Blended
Color: Brown
ABV: 8%

Old Pal is a blend of stainless-aged and rye whiskey barrel-aged mixed fermentation farmhouse ales brewed with rye, refermented with grape and lemon juice, and aged on lemon peel.
