Oaked Aged Hardwood Lager was made in collaboration with our friend from HARDWOOD HK . This Oaky, Malty and Complex Bayern Lager was fermented with Bavarian Bayern Lager Yeast and infused with natural whole oak . (The wood came off cuts of the handmade furniture for our new bar YARDLEYS 62 peel street, hand made by our friends at HARDWOOD HK). It pours with a thick, creamy and fluffy head. Subtle fruit character from the Bayern Lager Yeast complement the bold resinous oak nose reminiscent of American Chardonnay.
